Council & Conflict is a growing creative project that spans an original alternate-history universe, an active Discord-based geopolitical strategy game, and a developing game studio. What began as a community-driven roleplay has expanded into a full-fledged team of writers, designers, and developers building rich lore, strategic systems, and interactive experiences. Our flagship Discord game lets players lead nations, forge alliances, and navigate crises in a living world shaped by diplomacy, conflict, and narrative choices. Beyond that, we are developing future titles and content within the same universe, bringing its stories and mechanics to wider audiences through digital games.
